In 1963 alfred hitchcock’s ‘the birds’ was released, which saw the revenge of birds on humankind. to celebrate the film’s 45th anniversity, Mattel, Inc. has released ‘the birds’ themed Barbie doll, which is based off the ‘the birds’ ill-fated heroine, tippi hedren, who fashioned a green skirt-suit during one of the movie’s iconic scene. birds are included.

I created this image through a unique process of 3D illustration. This involves taking a dimensional work of art and turning it into a 2D image for print - in my case, by digitally photographing my original cut paper artwork.
